The Travel section in Analytics provides a comprehensive overview of all travel-related expenses raised by employees within the system. This section allows admins and authorized users to track travel history, monitor reimbursement statuses, and export detailed travel data for reporting and auditing purposes.

Step-by-Step Guide to View Travel Analytics
1. Access the Analytics Section
- From the Control Panel, navigate to the Analytics menu.
- Click on the Travel tab to view travel-specific data.
2. Open the Travel List View
- Under the Travel Analytics section, click on the List option.
- This opens a detailed view of all travel-related entries logged through the Travel module.
What Information is Available?
In the List View, you can access detailed information about each travel record, including:
- Travel Period (Start and End Dates)
- Raised On Date (Date when the travel expense was submitted)
- Travel From / Travel To (Origin and destination details)
- Travel Type (Domestic or International)
- Travel Priority (High, Medium, Low)
- Mode of Transport (Flight, Train, Cab, etc.)
- Travel Status (Approved, Rejected, Pending, Reimbursed)
Each of these fields helps in evaluating the nature and status of travel activities within the organization.
Filtering and Exporting Data
Using Filters:
- Apply filters based on any of the available data fields to narrow down results.

Exporting Reports:
- Once filtered, click on the Export option.
